Our delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Priority: 4-6 Working days
  • Standard: 7-10 Working days

Our estimated delivery timeframe is not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however seasonal variances, production levels and shipping service issues can result in additional shipping time.

Please note that orders containing multiple items are often processed & shipped separately. If you have only received part of your order, please wait another day for the remainder of your order to be shipped.

If you would like to track your order, please contact a member of our customer success team with your order number and we will be happy to help. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our team so that we can make it right. If the return is due to a reason outside of our control, it may be subject to a return fee. We reserve the right to issue credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 30 days after it was ordered. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the return is necessary due to an error.

We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we have received your returned order, for your refund to be processed.
