COUPON CODE HELP

HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR COUPON CODE? TRY THESE REDEMPTION TIPS:

  1. You can use the Photo Print coupon code for 4×6 prints ONLY not a mix of prints. Make
    sure you’ve selected only 4×6 prints.

    IF YOU HAVE SIZES OTHER THAN 4X6 PRINTS IN YOU CART, THE COUPON CODE WILL NOT
    WORK.

    First remove the other picture sizes and try the code again. To verify the picture sizes tap ‘View or
    Change’ in the upper right corner of the ‘Place Your Order’ screen. The ‘Place Your Order’ screen
    appears after you choose your nearest Walgreens.

  2. The code will only work if you select the same number images the coupon is good for or more images than
    the coupon is good for.  So if you have a coupon for 10 images you must select at least 10 images for
    the coupon to work. If you have a coupon code for 20 images, you must order at least 20 images.
  3. If you’ve pasted to code in, sometimes it ‘pastes in’ with spaces.  Try manually entering in the code.
  4. Ensure you’re not mixing up zero’s and o’s.  0 is the number zero and O = the letter “O”.

HOME DELIVERY HELP

Your order should arrive in 6-10 business days. This estimated delivery timeframe is not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however current production levels, seasonal variances and shipping services could result in additional shipping time.

If you only received part of your order, sometimes our photo lab processes different sizes or styles of pictures separately which results in your order being sent in multiple packages. Please wait another day or two for the others to arrive.

Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. If the return is due to a reasons other than our error, it may be subject to a return fee. We reserve the right to issue credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 30 days after it was ordered. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we received your return for your refund to be processed.

What is the difference between online photo printing and mobile phone photo printing?

Using a desktop website such as Shutterfly, Snapfish or Vistaprint requires you to transfer photos from your
phone to a computer before your print. Typically you have to setup an account, sync your phone, sign in and
then move through the print selection process. Printing from your phone is direct. No signing in, no syncing
required. If you choose Walgreens pickup you pay for your prints when you pick them up.  You will not need
to enter in your credit card information. Printing from your phone is simple, direct and convenient.

Can I text pictures to get them printed?

Yes. On your iPhone or iPad, open your messages app. Find the picture, then tap and hold on the picture in
your text message. Then tap ‘Save’. Now the picture is saved on your Camera Roll. Open Printicular, tap
‘Local Photos’ and then select the image you saved.

How can I save someone else’s Instagram photos so I can print using Printicular?

You can print someone else’s instagram photos from Printicular one of two ways:

  • Repost the photo using your Instagram account. This will allow you to print directly from your
    Instagram account which is linked to our Printicular app. Instructions on how to repost someone
    else’s photo to your own Instagram account can be found here: http://www.geeksugar.com/How-Repost-Instagram-29828579
  • Save the photo to your device camera roll (or Facebook, Dropbox, Flickr, Google +, or Picasa
    account). You can do this by logging into instagram via the web and right clicking to “save as”, or
    by using one of several iOS or Android apps such as InstaSave. Once saved, this will also allow you
    to print someone else’s Instagram photo directly from Printicular to your local Walgreens.

How do I know if my order went through?

You will know if your order went through if you went all the way through and order process in the app and
got a confirmation that your order has been completed.

How can I get the cheapest prints possible?

Our home delivery offers extremely affordable photo prints and a value for the high quality of the prints
you will receive. If you’re ordering for local Walgreens or Duane Reade pickup you can use coupon code
QPSAVE for 20% off your order.

How can I track my home delivery order?

Please email us your Printicular order # to get the status of your home delivery order shipment. This is
noted in the automatic email after you placed your order. Typically is takes approximately 7-10 business
days for pictures to arrive via home delivery.

How can I follow-up on my Walgreens pickup order?

You will get two email confirmations from Walgreens, one email noting your photo order is being processed,
and another email saying your photo order is ready for pickup. Walgreens references all photo orders by
telephone number.

How do I use a coupon code?

On the place your order screen, you can add a coupon code if you have one. There is a secret Walgreens photo
center coupon code QPSAVE which will give you 20% Off. You must use the coupon code IN THE APP for the
discount to be applied.

I’m having trouble with my unique coupon code for free prints that I received. What
can I try?

  • First check, how are you entering the coupon code and that it is correct.
  • Some common users errors: 0 = the number zero and O = the letter “O”.
  • Depending on your coupon code, you can use the coupon code for either 4×6 prints or 4×4 prints (not
    a mix).
  • You can confirm that all the photos in your cart are one size (ie 4×6) and not a mix of 4×4 and
    4×6’s by selecting the “change size/qty” in the upper right of the Place Your Order screen.
  • If your code is for 10 free prints, you must select at least 10 images. (The code won’t work if you
    select 9). Make sure you have the latest version of the Printicular app on your device from the app
    store.

How do I print my phone’s photos using the Printicular app?

  • Select your photos, and choose either “Pickup from Walgreens” or “Deliver to your Door”.
    Note: Printing to Walgreens offers same day pickup. Your prints will be ready in about an hour. Home
    delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days.
  • For Walgreens Pickup
    Select the photo source you would like to print from Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, Flickr, Google+,
    Twitter or your phone’s camera roll.
  • Choose the photos you want to print.
    Once you select pictures from Facebook for example, you can tap ‘Back’ and select more pictures from
    Instagram or another source.
  • Click either “Print to Walgreens” if you have selected all the photos you want.
    If you would like to add more photos to your cart from another photo source click “back”.
  • When you click “Print to Walgreens”, the app will upload your photos. You can then select a store
    location nearest to you.
  • Select the store location you would like to print to.
  • On the place your order screen, add you customer information or view/change your order.
  • You can change your photo size by selecting the option next to the current quantity of photos on the
    Place Your Order screen. Then on the order info screen, click the row of the photo you would like to
    change the size or quantity of.
  • You can add a coupon code if you have one.
  • Once you select “Print to Walgreens” on the Place Your Order screen, your order will be confirmed.

I’m having problems with Printicular, what can I try?

Sometimes the simplest answers are best. Try the following:

  • Delete the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app.
  • Make sure you’re using the most recent version of Printicular.
  • Make sure your phone software is up to date.
  • Performance of Printicular and photo upload speed is heavily dependent on your internet connection.
    Check to make sure you have a good Wifi connection and try again.
  • Try reducing the number of pictures you are uploading to optimize performance. For instance try
    uploading 2 or 3 pictures and see if you are still having issues.
  • Printicular relies on device memory for optimal upload speed and uploading multiple pictures. Make
    sure you have enough free memory on your device.

How can I send photos from my phone to Walgreens photo centers?
